PURCHASE POLICY

This Purchase Policy applies to purchases made through Ascendance Studio LLC (“Ascendance Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including purchases made through our website, online checkout, booking links, or other approved payment methods.

By completing a purchase with Ascendance Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. ALL PURCHASES FINAL

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Ascendance Studio.

2. SERVICE EXPIRATION

All purchased services, including lessons, packages, memberships, group classes, wedding dance services, youth programs, and related studio services, must be used within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

Unused services expire after the applicable use period and cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash, or extended unless approved in writing by Ascendance Studio management.

3. SCHEDULING

All sessions and services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

Completing a purchase does not guarantee a specific appointment date, time, instructor, or class unless the booking has been confirmed by Ascendance Studio.

4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any scheduled session, lesson, or class.

Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session.

5. TRANSFERS

Purchases, packages, lessons, memberships, and credits are non-transferable unless approved in writing by Ascendance Studio management.

6. GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Gift certificates must be used within the stated validity period and are subject to scheduling availability.

7. MEMBERSHIPS AND PACKAGES

Memberships and packages are subject to the specific billing, usage, cancellation, and expiration terms agreed upon at the time of purchase or enrollment.

8. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Ascendance Studio reserves the right to update pricing, service availability, schedules, instructors, programs, and offers at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on our website, including pricing, descriptions, availability, or promotional offers.

9. TEXAS GOVERNING LAW

This Purchase Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
