our Vision
Dance, to me, has always been more than movement . It is a way to connect, express, and grow. My goal is to create a space where every student feels comfortable, inspired, and supported from the moment they step onto the floor.
Whether you are taking your first steps or continuing your journey, you will be guided with structure, clarity, and attention to detail. I believe in building strong fundamentals while helping each dancer develop confidence, style, and a true understanding of movement.
This studio is designed to be a place where you can grow at your own pace, enjoy the process, and experience dance not just as a skill, but as something that becomes part of your lifestyle

Ascendance Studio Focus
At Ascendance Studio, we teach ballroom dance in a way that feels clear, personal, and approachable.
Our studio offers private lessons, wedding dance lessons, social dance instruction, group classes, and youth ballroom training. Students come to us for different reasons — some are preparing for a wedding, some want to feel more confident socially, some want structure and technique, and some are children beginning their first dance journey.
What matters most is that every student has a starting point. Our job is to understand that starting point, build strong fundamentals, and create a clear path forward.
We focus on posture, movement, rhythm, partner connection, musicality, and confidence. Lessons are structured, but never intimidating. The goal is to help students understand what they are learning, enjoy the process, and feel more natural on the dance floor.
Our Teaching Approach
We do not believe dance should feel confusing or overwhelming.
Each lesson is built around the student’s goals, comfort level, experience, and reason for dancing. Some students need a simple first dance. Some need confidence for social events. Some want technical ballroom training. Some need a positive and structured introduction to dance as children.
From there, we teach step by step — with clarity, patience, and purpose.
Students learn more than patterns. They learn how to move, how to listen to music, how to connect with a partner, and how to carry themselves with more confidence.
